about me

During the work at home portion of the pandemic, I’ve discovered the comfort and relaxation of gardening and getting to know some good books. Nature has called me now more than ever, and taking a hike or an extra long walk helps me collect my thoughts and retain my connection to nature.

I like to get things started. Whether it’s the yearly fundraiser at the office, a project on the HOA Board, a project around the house, or office initiatives; I come to the table with ideas and I arrive with research and a plan.

I love managing and seeing a project through, while engaging the team and providing support, technical or to uplift. We all must remember, projects are people, and we are designing for people. Every project has it’s challenges and at the end, we look at what we could do different, accept those, and apply to the projects ahead.

And with over 20 years of experience, I've been involved with various stages of design, programming, workplace strategies, and LEED management. ​I enjoy contributing to the growth of an organization through mentoring, producing new strategies, and creating a sense of involvement of the staff in the future of the organization.
